Hi,

this is so annoying!!! Can’t find live chat!

 

we have made an order for a new contract and handset, had contract info, did £30 upfront payment and screen crashed, it has taken payment but no order confirmation… nothing!!

so seems order is stuck or something.. haven’t a clue what’s going on…

You can only access live chat vis the app, so you will need to pick up the phone and call the sales team on 0800 081 0255 and they can check it went through..

That is so poor!

I can’t use app until have an account it says. I have an account.

 

it says on website live chat, but click and there’s no live chat!
