When I make or receive a call, I can’t hear the person but they can hear me. It’s a connection and not mic/speaker error as if I make a call through any other app ie WhatsApp there’s no error. If I put airplane mode on and off (almost to reboot) and make a call straight away, it then works. But by the next all it won’t work again.

Remove sim card and give it a wipe with a dry cloth, if that fails, pop in store with photo ID and try a replacement sim.
