We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I've come on here to get an answer to the very same question.  My account is up to date, my SIM contract doesn't run out until next year, so I've no idea what this is about and I'm worried!  Can't find out anywhere on website to contact someone.

Beware of scams and texts or emails asking you to click on links.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Sorry, I didn't know that I was sharing any personal details. The code didn't mean anything to me.

Don't worry about it. It's just that someone else could use that code and they may not be entitled to the offer.

It's been removed now anyway x
