I have just phoned 02 and automated message says "you may have received a text/email regarding an offer expiring, this is in relation to an offer for an  upgrade to an existing package. If you are not interested in a new deal there is nothing more you need to do"

I only took out a new contract in Feb and also they could have been more specific in the text message.

We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.
