You have 2 options
1. Call Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone or send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
2. Pop into an o2 store with Photo ID and they can give you one there and then.
Please note though esim is only available for Pay Monthly contracts.
