O2 disconnected two of my numbers and cancelled one of my contracts, I have just been told, due to their error.
How do I speak to someone who can help.
No disrespect but customer service do not have enough training to even look into problems.
I have spent 14 hours in calls to them, total trying to fix their mistake. Getting the same nonsense each time, we do not see the number you are talking about on your account. AGHHhhhhh, you deleted it. Your latest agent said he couldn't find it, then after an hour he said he could see it but told me to phone in 7 days time where all will be well. I took new contracts out on advice from O2, 24 hours and all your numbers will be transferred and you will be charged less. 3 weeks ago that was. No further forward, actually wanting me to take out new contracts without the benefit of loyalty. Went through the screening process twice, rejected both times but stated this will work in 7 days time. Soo angry being treated like a 5th class citizen.; Is there a lawyer who deals with such incompetence?
