Hello, my phone was about to die and I was not near a charger at the time so before I died i diverted my phone to another nunber then it died 5 mins later.
once i got home took the divert off and all was good!
However, now the phone automatically activates the divert but in the menu its not active but when I get calls they now go to my daughter, the only way to remove this is by calling O2, in 3 days I have been on the phone to them 8 times and in one day I was on the phone 3 times!
I have done the ##002# and that did work but now just says failed, I also did the network reset and that didn't work, o2 said that they put a request to remove the call barring and should take 24hrs, it worked in a 20 mins or so but now I am told this will take 5 working days, and could be the number of connections in my account as I have 14 contracts on my account.
This is getting to the point i just want to scrap the account with the issues I have been having and getting fobbed off by the customer service as I keep telling them read the account notes, so they know what's going on
