If within the last 2 years Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

If longer than that, no.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

When you say message do you mean SMS?

You would either need to check your phone logs in the message app, or wade through the breakdown on past bills...not an easy task unless you have a rough date

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It depends on so many things :-

1. do you delete your text messages ?

2. do you have your old handsets ?

3. have you always been on the same network ?

4. do you still have the same SIM and 'phone number ?

I still have a working O2 PAYG SIM in an old Nokia handset and can see text messages thereon going back more than twenty years.

Why are you asking ?

Are you thinking of creating an NFT of your first text and seeing if anyone will buy it ?

It possibly doesn't quite have the selling power of the first tweet on Twitter ?
