When I try to do set up my mobile plan on my apple cellular watch using the 'Set Up Mobile Plan' in the Apple Watch App on my iPhone I receive the following O2 error message: "Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 106".
The cellular Apple Watch was bought direct from the Apple. I have a pay monthly sim only plan with O2
Technical support have repeatedly said to reset and start again. I have done this many time to no effect. The phone and watch pair without problem it is just adding the cellular plan that is the problem. Can anyone help please ?
