I have no signal in my home

I receive no calls or SMS messages at my house. I have broadband and I can make calls over wifi. But not via cells. Your network report admits that my area 'can get busy' which is business-speak for you not installing enough capacity. I need a signal booster. Your website describes one but does not allow me to order one. Please advise me how to get this device.

Only business accounts can have a booster, others have to use wifi calling.

SMS over wifi is being rolled out currently and is only available on certain phones now, but more to come.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
