I have a new sim (same number). Now activated and all seems good except that all calls I receive are 'caller unknown' even when numbers are in my contacts. What do I need to change? Thanks

Hey I’ve been on the phone to 02 most of the day and they just keep telling me there is no issue on their end to try another sim been passed around by 02 customers service all day. And still no feather forward

Still no feather forward hve had enough and keep me told it’s nothing on the 02 end it’s my phone r my sim
