Please help someone.
I upgraded my daughters iphone on Sunday. The phone was delivered on Monday and we tried to activate the new esim. Her old iPhone 12 had a plastic sim. Her new iPhone 15 said that the transfer was not compatible with her old phone. But we have no activation qr code for her new esim and her old sim has now been deactivated? Tried calling O2 and was told that we haven't received an activation code as the phone hasn't been marked as delivered! They say it can take up to 10 days for the change to be made in the purchase history. Currently, my daughter doesn't have an mobile network. Help me please someone....

The easiest way would be to pop in store with photo ID and they can do it for you.
