Hello. Please advise how to enable 5G on my account. I have adjusted the settings in my iphone 12 pro but it still shows only 4G.

5G is only available to pay monthly customers. No PAYG tariffs are supported.
You also need a 5g sim and to be in a 5g area O2 | Service Status
If you need a new sim, pop into any O2 store with photo ID to get one for free.
If you have all this and it's still not working, contact O2 to check you have the 5G bolt on applied.

Assuming you are in a 5G area
You may need to replace your SIM
Best way is to call into an O2 Shop with Photo ID and they will do it for you
