I have tried activating Disney+ from the email I received with the activation link, this bring me to a page to enter my email then a page to enter a password, after this it brings me to a page with a message stating ‘there was a problem with activating your subscription…contact your service provider’. I have tried this multiple times and with an alternative email address but it’s always leading to the same page. On my O2 it is under my extras as though it is already activated but I have no access to it, please help. Thanks.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Mine isn’t working either 😪 had the code sent but screen is just blank after that. Can’t go any further past the screen after sending the security code

I have click on the 'Activate extra' and I am taken a page that just states O2 - Error 404 - couldnt find the page you are looking for....

Same problem, 'activate this extra' links to error 404. Can't hold on phone any longer. Any sign of a solution coming our way?
