Resolved! Charged for picture NOT SENT

Anyone know why I’ve been charged for sending 2 picture messages that I definitely have not sent? Didn’t even include an emoji. Text was also only a few words.impossible to talk to anyone at O2 the robots can’t answer my question.

Resolved! SIM ME lock?

I got a new contract for my daughter and put sim in her new iPhone to set it all up, she is having that for Christmas so I want SIM in her old phone but it says SIM ME lock. What is this and how do I sort it? Tesco Mobile say the phone is unlocked.
