Opt in to Volt

I'm an O2 and VirginMedia customer and you're both teasing me with  Volt benefits, which I can opt into on My O2, My Offers. There isn't a My Offers dropdown so I can't opt in from My O2. Nothing has changed since your original publicity. Why can't you get this sorted?
