Data is very slow and cutting

The data network in Tottenham is very slow, and occasionally cutting. The mobile antenna is down for a couple of weeks already and no one attending to fix it.

 as the screenshot explains, there is no issue with the account. It’s general maintenance fault what needs to be attended to fix.

No it was perfectly clear.

You need to report it to O2 to get some traction on repairs.

You can also use the My Network app to report it.
