The Greek part of Cypru, yes but not Northern, Turkish Cyprus where you will be charged.
In order to avoid inadvertently roaming on a Northrn network, turn off Automatic network selection and make sure you are logged on to one of the Greek networks
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
