Hi,
I'm presently in Mobile Al, USA. I have an A12 Samsung, connected to T-Mobile. I can call out (UK) and have very very slow " E" data. I can't seem to connect to 4G.
Any ideas how to do this or what setting to change. I 've tried the reboot, on-off thing and re-set on data settings but nothing.

Sounds like a local network connection issue, if you cant get above Edge...
Try connecting to AT&T instead

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Enable 4g calling (if on contract)
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.
