I am with virgin mobile and it was meant to switch over to O2 on 12th July but it still hasn’t changed over. Is there a delay that anyone knows about?

If you have not changed over it will be down to Virgin at this stage, Suggest you contact them on 789 from your handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other

Here most days, not really heard of anyone.
Plenty of complaints about what goes wrong when it does
