Cannot send Premium Test Messages

Since upgrading mobile in May, cannot send premium messages. 02 shop triedvtheir SIM in phone and it worked, so not the phone. Tried new SIM,s and not worked. Removed bar a d spend cap. Appears to be something on the account, but don't know what. Husband upgraded on same account on the same day, and his works. Any ideas please?

Sounds like a spend cap @Beesmill.
If you have tried another sim in your phone and it works, did you try your sim in another phone?

It is, but one of the usernames doesn't work to tag people.

If you look at the information about the advisors @TheresaV there is only one O2 Nathan but he has _ci on the end of his name...so an error probably?
