The app can be temperamental, but you can sometimes kick it back into action by uninstalling, rebooting phone, the reinstalling the app from your phone's app store. If you need more help, O2 via Social Media are contactable at the link just below.

Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
