Hi folks,
Despite many attempts over several weeks and chat with team, I still cannot access my O2 app from mobile and on computer, message says no services or products linked to account, despite accepting my username and password.
Error message on mobile screen says try again in 48 hours but it's no more than 48 days. Please help.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
