I have had problems with my number for some time but the current situation is that I can't receive texts and can't access my accounts. I've managed to get into google but no way to get into ebay or Facebook without second stage notifications. I've spent hours trying to resolve this and don't want to have to make a THREE hour journey for the THIRD time to get to an O2 shop only for them not to resolve the problem. Please advise what I can do. Thank you.
