I am unable to receive calls or texts for 2 months now.
customer support are no help and it has been "escalated" multiple times.
I can still call out use mobile internet and send texts.
when people call me it says the number is invalid.
I have full network and tried everything on my phone side and have also put a different sim into phone and that can receive calls and texts.
Putting sim in a different phone and still unable to receive calls or texts
anyone else with the same problem or a solution? as I need access to my 2fa accounts.

You need to persevere with O2.

still waiting for the issue to be fixed.
Every time I call they say its been escalated, please call back again in 5 days.

yeah I contacted them, they said the same thing unfortunately. so still a waiting game for me
