Deactivation package

I've had a message saying my order has been processed.I haven't placed an order. The only thing I can find is a deactivation package. What is it?

Stolen phone - Can't check my account

I have had my phone stolen, but wish to check my Account. The only way to do this demands a code that will be sent to the Stolen telephone! How am I supposed to gain access to my account, if I have no access to the telephone number?
