I cannot log into my O2 account. The username and password are correct, but the authentication message that is supposed to be sent my mobile number never arrive. Could you help me please?

One way that might work but it's messy
That just may help the next time you try to log on normally
Alternatively try using the My O2 app on mobile data rather than wifi
