Hello,

 

I cannot log into my O2 account. The username and password are correct, but the authentication message that is supposed to be sent my mobile number never arrive. Could you help me please?

One way that might work but it's messy

  • Use the web based My O2
  • Use an incognito tab
  • Connect PC by hotspot from your mobile data allowance
  • The authentication text should then be received on your mobile

That just may help the next time you try to log on normally

Alternatively try using the My O2 app on mobile data rather than wifi
