Number porting - not all calls are coming through

Hi,

I recently ported my number over from ID mobile and something seems to have gone wrong. When some people call me, the calls come through but others can't get hold of me and get the ID mobile voicemail. Does this mean something has gone wrong with the change over? Is there a way to fix it?
