I received the Apple Watch SE I ordered from o2 last Monday and it’s still not connecting to mobile data. Initially I was getting a verity of error codes and after escalating to O2 customer service it at least now says activating. It’s been stuck like this and my account started billing for this service on the 30th June and I am still not able to use the full functionality of the watch unless I have my phone with me , this defeats the purpose of ordering a watch with mobile data. Anyone recommend a fix?

@Cls1211 ,Apparently, there is an issue with the iWatch o2 Plan since the iOS update. o2 tech is working on it but it has been over 4 weeks since the original customer reported it and there is still no update or idea of how long it will take.
It's terrible. First-world problem I know but I don't carry my phone around all the time and the watch is my only connection when I'm out and about.
