Hi my vm settings have mysteriously changed since o2 merger on my
samsung galaxy s8 fone , when i press the vm symbol.it now asks me to
key in my mobile number followed by star key or hash key , cant remember
which one , but when i do that its says ,...
Hi - I transferred over from virgin - got a new sim (they sent two but
on was 5G only my phone is 4G) anyway eventually got the right sim in
but texts will send but can’t be received - calls again can go out but
none incoming - it’s a iPhone and mess...
my phone changed over to o2 on 12 June then I went on holiday on 13 June
and couldn't get roaming on holiday for 2 weeks so had no access to
internet the whole time. what should i have done to make sure roaming
worked before I went!
I have just received my new O2 Sim, but I have multiple numbers on my
account. How do I know which number this replaces as the number isnt on
the letter or sim? Thanks
