Number transfer

Hi everyone My number transfer I requested on Wednesday (online with my PAC) and it still hasnt happened. Has something gone wrong?? Help!

My 02 app help

Hi there I was wondering if any one could help me my old app was telling me my data mins and text and I got a credit added to my account and my 02 app went back to 0 on everything should it do that any help will be grateful

Clicked on Homeemail by mistake and all layouts on my phone have changed inuding loads of ads, plus messages comes up reset password. DONT WANT HOMEEMAIL. how can I change it back to how it was
