Apple Watch issues for over 4weeks

I’ve had 6resets and nothing works, I have an active o2 a. Showing on my watch but it doesn’t show any connectivity at all unless paired with my phone. Paying for a service that doesn’t even work is terrible could some one help fix this as it’s getting beyond a joke
