Apple Watch Mobile Service issue - Code 14 Error page

Hi O2 Team 👋

I have an iPhone 16 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra v1. My watch was recently re-paired as I upgraded my iPhone with Apple Upgrade Programme, from iPhone 15 Pro to iPhone 16 Pro and I am unable to add the mobile data\sync plan that I previously used on the watch.

I received an o2 error page when I try showing response code 14.

I have spent over 3 hours on the phone to o2 customer services so far and they keep sending me round in circles. They've sent out a new "esim" QR code in the post but there isn't any way for me to add it onto my watch.

I'm at my wits end here.  Please help

This isnt customer services and no one from o2 will see your message. 

 

All we can do is point to this guide Activate Apple Watch Guide and to contact o2 via Social Media rather then the poorly trained agents on the phone..
