Hello
Hope you all can help as O2 are useless.
The O2 wifi doesn't connect. At all.
I get the error code "Could not connect to Wi-Fi network "Wifi Extra": EAP authentication error 16384".
So I cannot connect even once. No login page no register page nothing.
I used to be on O2 previous but I switched providers away from O2 for some time before recently coming back.
Any ideas?
Cheers, B

What device are you using to connect to the o2 wifi network? And Is this the TFL Wifi provided by VM Business?
As thay error is related to 2 things..
1. Your phone is not completing the EAP-TLS Handshake, and is failing on the RADIUS Server.. as it cant authenticate you or the device.
2. You dont exist on the service, again so you dont exist according to the authentication service
Have a look at this guide, it has details on how to register, Guide: How to Connect to WiFi Extra

Thanks for the reply 😃
I'm using a saung s22.
I've tried the tfl VM WiFi, normal O2 wifi elsewhere, same issue.
I have read and tried that guide, didn't work where I tried. So I'll give it another try on another O2 network.
Any other ideas? I read somewhere that i may need to get O2 to forget my previous credentials but will need to get to a login page somehow.

In addition to the resources shared by @madasaf1sh above, check out info from O2 here on the various connection methods related to TfL stations and trains @B888888
Other sources of support are the O2 Social Media Team, link just below this post. Good luck!
