Looking for some advice:
Yesterday evening I noticed my Apple Watch ultra wasn’t connected to mobile data. In settings it said “not in use” with only an option to remove it. I did so as it was listed as inactive but cannot re-add the plan.
I have a £5 unlimited data plan currently on the 6 month free offer. Any advice would much appreciated - I use my watch without my phone every day so this is a real problem for me.

You need to take the new tariff as prices have increased recently.

Watch plans are not tied to a minimum term.
They align with the phone airtime plan, so it will be replaced by the new plan as you have upgraded.

Hello sorry to even dare ask again, but I rang my o2 shop and they said my contract was 5 pound so it should be 5 pound? Are they incorrect? They said a network query is in place and to wait up to 7 days? Or should I just choose the 7 pound one and take it they are wrong ? Thanks in advise.

If they will transfer your old contract it will remain at £5, if not, a new contract will be £7 but I thought you said you couldn't transfer it, hence the suggestion to accept the new one.
