Good morning,

I've had this message this morning by email and text:

"Just letting you know your ******** will expire on 02/07/2025."

No other explanation. Does anybody know what it means?

Thanks,

Paul.

We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I've just done this, and I then started receiving contact from scammers. Brilliant.
