My Apple Watch Ultra is linked to my IPhone on O2 account but shows as No Connection on gather watch under mobile settings - There is a green tick against O2 Plan - I’ve tried 8 Customer service Agents in attempt to resolve and Esim has been rest a few times without success - Anyone any idea how to fix?

Hi can anyone tell me how to fix this please? I have my contract and it's all set up on the watch, but data does not work and it says 'no connection' in the mobile data section of the settings app on the watch.

I've tried calling and the chat in the app but they seem clueless. I was also promised a call back by the specialist Apple Watch team within 72 hours, that didn't happen. Not sure what do do now except maybe find some kind of breach of contract term to get out of my contract early or something as O2 seem to just not know what to do.

I tagged @O2Emma on another of your posts, @TwiceNightly - usually pretty quick to respond! @O2Jonathan is on until 18:00 too.

I had to reset my Apple Watch and accidentally pressed the reset and remove plan, I phoned 202 a few days ago and the guy there told me he would reconnect in 24 hrs, waited 48 hrs still not connected. It says no sim no connection on my watch and on my phone on the watch app under mobile data it just says activating with a spinning circle for days now.  I phoned again and got a lady who said she’d send a link to connect, the link she sent was nothing to do with it, it was a list of products?? I was on for for over half hour then she said I needed an esim and she would send me one and that would fix it. I’ve received esim and not sure if this is right.

@O2Emma. is there a solution to this issue, Taft I’ve had for several months with my Apple Watch Ultra. Been to Apple Store as advised through chat. They reset Watch and tested it and say it’s an O2 issue. No point paying for esim that doesn’t work.
