I recently moved from Virgin to O2 and was sent a 5G sim card. Since then I have never got 5G signal on my iPhone XR, even when sitting net to my wife who has 5G on her phone. Is there a work around ?

I'm not aware that the iPhone XR actually supports 5G as it is a 4G phone.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
