Hi
I am having an issue witb o2 app, I can no longer log in to the app. It states its not available to me. This has been the first time it's happened since I took the contract and I'm not sure why I can't access it to pay my bill or anything.
I tried to speak to agent online where it advises only way to speak online is to log in yo yhe app and I can't do that.
Why Is this now an issue after 11 months

Possibly you are being transferred to the new billing system
Try logging in online
If successful, uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app
Otherwise call customer service or use the social media link below
