Hi my 5G doesn’t work I’m always stuck on 4G I’m not sure if maybe this sim isn’t 5G compatible maybe

You can replace the sim card instore. Take photo ID

Are you in a 5G area and have a 5G equipped phone?

Sim card should start with the numbers 5G....
