Recently upgraded my phone/tariff, while I am currently awaiting the new phone to arrive, I have got notifications to say my new data tariff have started since then my 3G/4G has refused to work for the last 3 days. The 3G logo is still showing but it won’t connect to 4G nor can the 3G load internet pages.
is this just a upgrade issue or a larger one?
