I have an O2 e-sim and am unable to receive WhatsApp verification codes via SMS. I recently travelled abroad and switched WhatsApp to use a local number. Now I'm back in the UK and am trying to switch WhatsApp back to my O2 number. However I never receive the SMS codes they say they are sending. They insist everything is working at their end and that there must be something wrong with my number.
Can you help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi, did you get this issue resolved? I have exactly the same problem. I've upgraded my phone and now I can't receive the Whatsapp SMS or call for verification. I'm receiving codes from elsewhere fine. I even managed to contact Whatsapp and they told they've not even received the code requests. Hope someone can help!
