An extra charge has appeared on my bill this month but doesn't say what it is. How do I find out what it is?

If you Google the number on the bill it will give you a clue or a reminder.....

Thank you it tells me it's premium or information services, but I avoid these if I can. Has one snuck in somehow possibly a competition entry I cancelled immediately from a website, which didn't announce a charge?

It does look as if you may have been caught out with this. Cancelling immediately may not have been quick enough if contact had been made?...
