how do I view my recent charges (i.e. date, calls, texts made since my last bill)

Hi petiteblonde and welcome to the forum.

If your on Payg then that information is not available in your Myo2 ,but you can request some outgoing information via a request costing £10.00. Called -> Subject to Access -> http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you#qs

If your on Contract then this type of information is available through your Myo2.

Look at the top of this forum page where it says Myo2. Log in and choose View My Bill.

Or log into your myo2 App.

If you cannot access this information then perhaps call Customer Services. -> http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Some of my accounts aren't showing the most recent month since the changes to My O2 last week.
I've asked for this to be looked at so maybe there is an error on your account too that CS will have to investigate for you......

I assume a glitch effecting some accounts - One of mine shows properly but the others don't.....?
