i  ordered a sim card but cant find it on my 02 account

Hi @debbie 

Give customer services a call to get the new login details for the new sim card and you can then merge it into your MyO2 using the bring in other products option.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
