i have 10 attempts at puk code, when o2 ask for my number it says cant provide puk for this number i have to be 02 customer which i am & logged into my account which also has my number on it

what phone do you have ?
Probably best to contact CS in the morning on 202 (free of charge) if on contract or on 4445 if PAYG customer (25p/per min)
If you have incorrectly entered your PUK ten times your SIM may be permanently blocked and o2 may need to replace this for you. If that's the case, please contact o2

Give them a ring as the numbers can't be generated for some accounts.
The sim may well be locked now and useless.

have you recently ported your number in?
If so it may not be showing as on O2 number yet on all systems.

I recently had the same thing with my work phone The online system wouldnt generate the Puk code but customer services told me it over the phone so hopefully will be the same for you
