Hi, my google pixel got damaged recently to the point of not being able to see the screen. I have been trying to access my account on the O2 website but I can’t insert the verification code o2 send me as I can’t see my phone screen. I have been trying to pay off my existing device plan so I can order a new handset but I can’t verify my account

You need to borrow a phone to call Payment Management
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Cheers, that is exactly what I did. I tarnished my sim by putting it in an iPhone but needs must!
