Any use of your phone outside of the EU in O2 travel supported countries will incur a travel chage of £4.99 (inc VAT) per day.

Where did you travel to? If within the EU you shouldn't have been charged unless you went over your allowances
Outside the EU you would have been charged £4.99 a day for O2 travel if you had the bolt on
