my credit on my phone is rapidly disappearing without the phone being used, how can i check where it is going and how can i stop auto top-ups

Call customer services on 4445 to find out where your credit is going could it be taking a pound each day for data

Is your phone switched on? If so damien1 is right you are most likely paying £1 a day for data. Your phone uses data in the background for apps and the operating system.

No problem yes turning off data will stop it happening if you use the data it would be cheaper to get a data allowance customer services can talk you through your options

It is for data services of which internet is only a part of. App updates like weather, emails, facebook etc also use data which is included in the £1 a day charge.
