A lot of people will be getting massive shocks when their credit disappears unless they are aware of the change from the 5p/min they are used to. I don't think a complaint will be upheld as it has been published on the website.

New customers seem to outnumber the people leaving but in my opinion O2 are no longer the innovators they once were. I know personally quite a few friends have left O2 over the past couple of months, mainly due to network issues and better deals elsewhere. I'm not sure how long O2 can sustain this growth.
On a personal note I am now 48 hours of no network due to a mast being down in my area. The EE sim will be up and running tomorrow!!
