I received this text today:
“Hello. We're getting in touch to let you know that you're currently out of your minimum contract term and your monthly Airtime Plan is £34.62*, this excludes any current discounts you may have.
You can choose to stay on the same tariff, move to another tariff or switch to another provider.”
I would just like to know if by doing nothing, I can continue on my current tariff with the discounts on it, or if my new bills going forward will be the balance mentioned in the text?

If you do nothing everything stays exactly as now, unless your discounts are time limited.
You can check that in your MyO2.

Hi,
Thank you for replying. Are you able to let me know where exactly in MyO2 I can check if my discounts are time limited? I’m struggling to find that information.

Hey,
I can see the family/friends discount with a start date of 2018. There’s no expiry date so I assume that this means it will continue to be valid?
